September 2 (Report to Sandburg Auditorium between 5:00 – 7:00 pm)
Meet the Director, Handbook paperwork return (Student Information Sheet, Commitment Form, Payment Sheet,
Emergency Care Form, Instrument Contract)
Orchestra fee payment
Instrument Rental Fee (if applicable)
Uniform fitting in orchestra room/auditorium
Parent volunteer sign-up
September 14
Final Due Date: Instrument fee & Contracts Due
Orchestra Binders due
All violin and viola cases should be clearly labeled
September 30
Final Deadline for all paperwork/fees
Students should have all supplies
Back-to-School Night and Orchestra Mums Sale
