May 21-23, 2010 (Friday-Sunday)
at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
Performance on Sunday at 2pm
Cost is $200. $75 nonrefundable deposit
Students will be bringing this packet home by midweek if they haven't received it already. You can

Fill out application, medical form, rules agreement signature sheet, and check
A signature is required from Ms. Slocumb on the application
Students should learn the audition music, which is attached to the form you will receive. If you are
unsure your student can play this music take a look at the audition requirements-there are different
orchestra levels and it says that younger students with limited experience may wish to prepare one
excerpt but are also encouraged to play and learn as much as they can.
Students will audition for placement in the orchestra when they arrive at the camp.
Franklin Band & Orchestra Camp
Half day camp with orchestra classes for all levels of experience, performance on the last day.
Camp will be held at Herndon Middle School
June 28-July 23, 2010
Monday through Friday
8:30am to 12:3pm
Cost is $175. No refunds after June 14. A $25 charge will be added for registration received after
June 1.
